expectations. We will photograph the interior and exterior
of your home and assess what can and should be done in order
for it to show better and sell faster. We conclude with a
proposal based upon the work needed to showcase your home.
HALF-DAY STAGING is for those homes that need just a
little attention and expertise. The Tru Décor Consultant
will be working with you to make dramatic transformations in
your home. We will bring in accessories to complete the
look for each room and provide you with great photos to use
in your marketing efforts.
FULL
DAY STAGING is perfect for making those larger homes
show-ready. Tru Décor Consultants will apply design
principles using the Homeowner’s furnishings and assistance,
supplemented with accessories from our inventory to create a
complete and polished look.
NEW
LISTING OR OPEN HOUSE STAGING WEEKEND is ideal for the
house that is just about to go on the market or have an Open
House to make that great first impression. We will
transform the house into a buyer’s dream home. To get top
dollar, every home should go through our complete staging
process BEFORE being listed.
VACANT HOME STAGING -
Only
10% of buyers can visualize the potential in a vacant home.
Tru Décor Home Staging can help you achieve the warm and
inviting environment that fuels the buyers’ imagination. We
meet with the homeowner and/or realtor to review the home,
establish a decorating budget and discuss the staging
process. Furniture and accessories can be rented for the
entire home or selected rooms. When the house is SOLD, we
will meet with the furniture rental movers and spend a day
de-staging the home. We highly recommend keeping the home
staged through the buyer’s inspection and appraisal of the
home.
